Free Chem Software
One of the best free chem softwares in the web is chemsketch. I used it alot for organic chemistry. It's like chemdraw, but free.
I also used freemind which is a mindmapping tool in order to visualize the relationships between concepts.
Jmemorize is another open source program that I found very usedfull in chemistry. It's a flash card creator that quizes you and keeps track of how many times, how often, etc you get an answer right/wrong.
Hope anyone finds them usefull!!.
