write down a proper equation.
You will then know how many moles of zinc reacts with how many moles of the oxide to give how many moles of zinc oxide.
work out how many moles of zinc oxide is in 1 kg of the stuff, and work backwards. so if one mole of zinc reacts to give one mole of zinc oxide, find the number of mole of zinc oxide and times that number by the RMM of zinc, thats how much zinc. Do the same for the rest.
