An element consists of 68.27% of an isotope with mass 57.9353amu, 26.10% of an isotope with mass 58.9302amu, 1.13% of an isotope with mass 60.9310amu, 3.59% of an isotope with mass 61.9283, and 0.91% of an isotope with a mass 63.9280amu. Use the average mass to identify the element.
so i thought that percentage of isotope X mass to each one of'm then add /100 then atomic number? is that right?
and another one....
How many Pd atoms and moles of Pd atoms are in 400.0g of palladium?
400.0 / 106.4 = 3.759 mole
3.759 X 6.022x10e23 = 2.264e24
is this a right answer?
