Chemistry puzzle in a video game...

Hi, I'm new to the forums and was wondering if anyone could help me with something my friend and I have been looking at. It's a piece of artwork from Metal Gear Solid 4.

Here's a picture of it:
You can try saving it and zooming in on it. I have a high res version and can further transcribe any parts that are pixellated.

We have worked out that the rectangles and circles are related to chemical elements and bonds, but we're not sure how it all fits together.

The bottom left rectangle represents Vanadium, with the 3 Xs above the rectangle representing the fact that it's a third transitional element (?). The X and oval inside the rectangle mean that it's a solid and a gas, or changes (?). The decimal number at the bottom represents an atomic number with isotopes (?). And the circle to the right of it is part of a covalent bond diagram (?).

The same logic we used there applies for the other 4 rectangles and circles.

The top right rectangle has 4 Xs, and reads 42 (Molybdenum) and 42.000369. There's an X inside the rectangle.

Over to the top left now, and the lowest rectangle has 2 Xs, and reads 57 G D (Lanthanum), and 57.000268. There's an X inside the rectangle.

The next one up has 4 Xs, and reads 36 (Krypton) and 36.029685600. There's an oval inside the rectangle.

The last rectangle above that has 4 Xs, and reads 36 (Krypton again) and 36.25900464. This time there's an X inside the rectangle.

Below that, there is what appears to be a Fischer Projection, with
A- 00326848 16
written to the right of it.

Finally, there is a barcode and 3 other boxes, labelled, from left to right, S-01, A-002, and A-001.

Can anyone offer any further insight?? Many thanks.
