Polarity

Molecules of PF3 are polar, whereas molecules of PF5 are non-polar.
Is this all to do with molecular orbitals and those unpaired electrons? If so, could someone please help me with a molecular orbital energy-level diagram?

Sorry, that would be
Sorry, that would be paramagnetism.
This is just structure, isn't it? Fluorine is much more electronegative than phosphorus, and in the PF5 molecule, the movement of electrons toward the fluorine atoms balance each other out. Is that correct?
