A novel fluorosurfactant (Capstone[registered sign] Dupont[trade mark sign] FS-31) was used as an additive for PEDOT:PSS to overcome the wettability issue in solution processed inverted organic solar cells. The optimized device is stable and gives an efficiency of 3.1%.
