An unprecedented azido-bridged chair-like [CoII10] SMM containing both tetra- and octahedral Co(II) ions was prepared through an in situ [2 + 3] cyclo-addition reaction in a sealed system. Magnetic study showed that it exhibited overall intracluster ferromagnetic couplings and slow magnetic relaxation at both zero and non-zero applied fields.

Nanosized C3N4/BiOCl composite photocatalysts were synthesized via a facile solvothermal method in the presence of arabic gum. A possible photocatalytic mechanism over C3N4/BiOCl composite photocatalysts is proposed by combining photosensitization and photocatalysis.
