Lithium heterocuprates: the influence of the amido group on organoamidocuprate structures

The structural isomers of a number of lithium heteroamidocuprates LiCuR(NR[prime or minute]2) have been studied in the solid state and in solution, with the steric and electronic properties of the amido group (NR[prime or minute]2) shown to significantly influence the solid-state structures and the position of the solution equilibrium.
