How would i separate sulfur from marmalade? Dilute then filter?

Maybe Nitric Acid will eat the marmalade and then you could just filter the sulfur?
The sulfur is soluble in Carbon disulfide so you could add that to the mixture and drain that off or simply wait for the highly volatile CS2 to evaporate and deposit a solid lump of S on top of the marmalade, but of course I wouldn't eat any of it after these operations. :wink:
