Weak solutions of sodium

Weak solutions of sodium stearate or sodium lauryl sulfate have been used to do this for many years.

Time,Temperature and pH -

Time,Temperature and pH - the answers to the Universe !! Time, nothing much we can do about it and it plays an important part in all chemistry. Temperature is a usefiul heading for all the "physics" involved- the physicists will spit blood on hearing that, and pH covers all the chemistry of ionic matter and if aint ionic make it so so that pH fits!!

Thus to destroy vaseline you need temperature. Its amazinghly susceptible to breakdown under a bit of heat. Then carefully add a strongly alakaline substance found in the home - one of those alkaline cleaners with added alkaline salts. Make sure you have previously diluted this at about 1:10 with water and add to the heated vaseline. Note what happens to the vaseline and use the soap produced to clean up the mess that you make!!...also look up "soap Making"...see any similarity to what you have just done?!

you can try to have a position in research institute if you have an interest.
